Student Donations

The school’s budget does not pay the cost of competitions, coaches, equipment, transportation, travel, food, accommodations, instrument repairs or uniforms. Please support your student by providing participation costs through personal donations or the year-round fundraising opportunities.

 

Payment Procedure:

● Donations can be made by cash or check made payable to Lakewood High
School and taken to the student body banker during school hours, or given to
our directors outside of the school day. If paying by check, please make sure to
include your student’s name in the memo line.

● Payments can also be made online using a credit or debit card by going to
the Lakewood Web Store: Lakewood Web Store
1. Go to the LHS homepage at: https://lakewood.lbschools.net/
2. Click Student Store
3. Click on Instrumental Music
4. Choose Band or Color Guard/Percussion and submit your payment

 

Payment Schedule:

● Families will be expected to make their first payment of $150 for band and $200 for percussion/guard on or before August 11, 2025

● The second payment of $150 for band and $200 for percussion/guard will be expected on or before September 26th, 2025

● The third payment of $100 for band and $100 for percussion/guard will be expected on or before October 31st, 2025

Families will be supplied with a receipt by the banker for their records. The music
program is able to access a statement seeing all payments. All “do’s” are tax
deductible and non-refundable.

We will also coordinate a fundraiser through Snap!Raise to help with this donation.
Families may participate in the fundraiser or choose to submit their donation in full.

This is a HUGE fundraiser for us, and many students, if they really hustle, can
cover their entire donation fee for the season. Many of our students go above
and beyond by raising their entire “do’s” via Snap!Raise and raise more to
support the program. EVERY STUDENT SHOULD PARTICIPATE.
